a few issues encountered

the shower was good and very clean.

it was hard getting into the room. i had to input a code into a tiny keypad mounted at waist level in a dark corridor. this process was not easy.

torn rug poor maintenance

The location proved satisfactory, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

My allocated room was substandard. It required me to use the staff lift. This lift was not well kept. I consider it a poor representation of a luxury hotel. The room's rug was also torn. I did not hear back from the hotel after expressing my concerns.

warm staff dining suggestion bluetooth speaker threadbare carpet stray hair

the staff were warm and cute they offered visit and dining suggestions the room was spacious and well-appointed housekeeping was thorough the location was great close to the station and the tram stop. the room also had a bluetooth bose speaker i liked that i could set the temperature in every room.

i stayed in a one-bedroom king suite city view the carpet was threadbare in places there were stray hairs in the bathroom. i booked a room as all the pictures suggested amazing views the view from my room was of an office block we had to keep the curtains shut the whole time.

fantastic location spacious suite aromatic product

the location is fantastic, just minutes from waverley train station. the suite was very spacious. arran aromatics features in the bathroom too. plenty of bars and restaurants is nearby.

a slight issue, the thermostat only heats. cooling the room wasnt possible.

two-story room living area full kitchen

i got upgraded to a two-story room. it included a living area and a full kitchen with a washing machine. two bathrooms were separate.

Really good Stay

complimentary upgrade spacious room amazing shower

I received a complimentary upgrade and enjoyed drinks. The spacious room provided everything I needed. A walk around shops and returning to a home from home environment. The shower was especially amazing and very clean.

The hotel has accessibility limitations. I needed to use the staff stairs. This area did not represent a luxury hotel experience. Ladders leaned against the wall and the stairs was worn.

Staff members were cute and very helpful . They readily accommodated my requests. The personnel consistently provided useful advice about transport and local monuments throughout my visit to the city.

The apartment contained ideal self-contained facilities. The room itself was beautiful with perfect lighting. Keyless room access added convenience to the experience. It provided easy entry without needing physical keys or cards.

The hotel offered great proximity to many restaurants. This allowed for convenient dining options. I could easily access various cuisines. These establishments were all within a short walking distance of the hotel.
